Send it to permanent staff members who have the right skills and qualifications in just one click

Your permanent staff will receive an invitation link via text message
Step 4
Once someone accepts by clicking the link, the shift will appear as filled in your schedule
Step 5
If the shift doesn’t fill, it’ll be sent to Florence’s network of 100,000+ vetted and qualified healthcare professionals. You can choose who to accept and what the rate is, so you’re always in control.
